@zppz Simply by putting hundreds of big screws from the inside of the tires ;) But first drilling a hole with a 2 mm drill from the outside of the tire straight through it, so that you know where to put the screw.
Then you´ll need something like a extra tube that you put into the tire to protect the real tube from all the screawheads.
