Thank you for taking the time to make this video - it's really helpful to show this! I recently changed the sponge bar on my brother machine and it's the same. My old sponge bar was flat - which explained why the lace I was knitting kept dropping off the machine!
Now make a video on how to put it back in the machine. My Mom put her's in upside down the first time she had to change it.

They don't tell you about this in the manuals for some reason. You'd think they would - it's quite an important part of the machine!
