are the bear traps still there? i got my share of trout in the creek nothing large though.i prefer to fish the lower raritan after the north,south branch join.27 inch browns! good post! the land is beautifull!
Hacklebarney State Park is my favorite place in NJ. I caught many a small native brook trout in Reinheart Creek, which is very close to Trout Creek , both empty into the Black river.
