I figured it out by figuring out how to get the poster :) I experimented with weapon combinations and got the nuke to get to the poster. once i did that, and noticed that asha only was hurt by the shotgun, i figured i'd try using the nuke, which killed him instantly and the supercharge showed up :)
Nuking Asha always brings a smile to my face. :) Too bad it only works this time.
