Does God talk to you? Are you talking about the invisible God that lives in the sky? You know, the one that nobody in the history of humanity has actually seen. Do yourself a favor. Take the red pill and unplug yourself from the fairy tail of religion. Or take the blue pill and continue living the life of a brain washed non-thinker.
One thing I would add would be a reference guide for usage and effects of medicinal herbs, vitamins, etc. Prescription for Nutritional Healing is a great book for using natural methods for healing. Stock up on herbs, they are cheap and last long. They can be used for many different ailments.
Examples: Pink eye can be cured through the use of hot chamomile compresses. Tea Tree Oil has natural antibiotic, anti-fungal & antiviral properties.
i know i'm a lil late watchin the vid however you may want to consider steri strips and super glue to patch up lacerations if you dont have a suture kit. my 11 year old was able to patch me up using steri strips super glue and some nu skin spray. left a scar but it works.
As far as antibiotics you might want to consider some natural things like raw apple cider vinegar. we are a large family and have not been to the dr for something needing antibiotic in 3 years. ear infection raw apple cider vinegar in your ear, sore thoat ect. I guess I have a therory of turning to what the Lord created in his earth aka herbs ect before the drugs but stock up on them as back up just incase. things like spirilua powder is 70% protien so having some around could be helpful.
there are many ways to get free things with couponing hip2save has some good you tube videos. Some ways are the stores uprewards, stacking couponings( one store one manufactur coupon) some store like Rite aid if something is on sale buy one get one you can use 2 coupons so this can make it free also you could use a buy one get one coupon with a buy one get one sale. It is really worth checking out. We have a VERY limit budget but have quite a stockpile.
good thoughts. recently our family started couponing for our personal supplies getting things free or really cheap it truely has blessed our family. Also don't forget bandages and such as well as bug spray and sunblock.
@littleblessingsfarm How do you couponers get stuff for free? only coupons i ever see for free are buy 2 get one free. & they usually hike up the price so it's not really "free" I stopped collecting coupons because most require you to buy 2 or 3 to even get a dollar amount off. The stores here also stopped doubling the face value. I used to save $20.00 a week, since i don't buy 12 cans of dogfood to get only a $1.00 off I pretty much stopped.
@pornsterwoot Because they want you/us, we the people, the 99% to die. See the no. on the Georgia Guide Stones that the illluminati, Mason's etc 1% want over 80% of us useless eaters gone & the remainder to serve them. Fun heh? "not" Check out Dr Rima Laibow speaking on CODEX Alimentarius, & how they have tried before & will again to take vitamins away, in UK there is a woman in jail for selling 500 mg vit C only allowed in 100mg tabs. Human needs 2500-3000/day for good health. Sick rulers
You might want to pick up a dental filling repair kit. Depends on your needs of course, but it may end up being something you will be glad you picked up.
It's easy to prep on a big budget but to do it on a small budget proves your commitment to yourself and your family. It seems you're doing just fine... be proud of yourself.
That's the first time I've heard about the vitamins and supplements being unavailable in the future. Do you have any more information or a source I can read up on?
yes the boyz always forget about that, interesting biology class notes here if there are let's say three ladies in a bible study or even a classroom or a home they may all get the period at the same TIME.....yikes, adverture man may not know that. so be prepared. and baby wipes for the infants and adults. cleanliness is next to godliness.
I have a lot of the same things that you have bought. But I thought I would pass along a few tips that helped me.
I found recipes to make my own hand lotion and creams because we use a lot of it. I now prefer them because they truly are superior and the good thing is that most of the ingredients are already in my food storage. Also I have been making our own cough, cold, and flu formula's for quite a few years now, saving big money and piece of mind.
(bars of) soap will last much longer if you expose them to sunlight before using ,on your window sill, for days,it hardens them. The life extension is multiple.
I've been purchasing liquid body wash from the dollar store, 12 oz size. IMO it is better than bars of soap and is easier to use in increments and even for bartering . Neosporin or equivalent is important too. You might want to get some amount of antibiotics. Usually I would not suggest this but I think it's an excellent idea since you will not be able to get them after shtf. Amoxicillin, Cephlex, Ciprofloxacin either/or or all. A bottle or 2 of top quality colloidal silver too .
Also there are some gummy fiber chews that would be a good idea to stock up on..My kids love them and I do too. I think they would be a good thing to have. Rite Aid has them and walgreens..
I would look into powdered green drinks. You can get them at health food stores. They are a bit expensive, but full of nutrients that you normally get in fruits and veggies. Since these will be limited, its a good idea to have a back up. Vitamins are great but these green drinks have a lot of micro nutrients that regular vitamins don't. They are also very good at keeping your immune system up. Let me know if you want more info on brands. I used to work in the business.
@NOSYRB10656 I can't even get my Dr. to give me antibiotics when I step on a rusty nail- how do you get them if you're not sick. The only way I can think of is aquarium fish ones- they have tetracycline and erythromycin for fish diseases that you can just buy in a pet store- but it's not intended for humans and I don't know if there are other ingredients in it that could be harmful to humans?
getting a cosco or sam's membership is a great way to get great deals on some food products for cheap!!!

If ye all go out bulk buying foods and stuff ye just might avoid an economic collaspe. Consumer spending might get back on track.

Fish oil capsules are fantastic too but keep them in the fridge for as long as possible.
In fact,I'd want to keep all supliments cool as possible.
Shampoo soap bars(as natural as possible-no petro ingredients) are easier to store and again will last longer than liquid shampoos
