It sounds like a beautiful Jewish prayer and the Cantor is wonderful, there so much expression in his voice but it is stupid to make it look like it's Pavarotti, it's an insult to both of them, both incredible singers in their own right.

Even though I am a very devout person of the Jewish faith and love the voice, prayers and music,  I resent the use of Pavarotti's image in this way! I had the fortune to meet Maestro Pavarotti and I do not like the use of his image in this way. it is very disrespectful and insulting.

Cantor Mizrahi is a friend of mine and was always called the Jewish Pavoratti because of his similar build and look and his voice on top has a Pavoratti sound he still is a fine cantor, one of the best living cantors easily alive and lives and works in Chicago. Checkout his web site.

chazan muller is just phenomenal,simply the best,noone even comes close.His power is unequaled within the jewish community.Pavarotti once said about him that such a voice only emerges once in a century.His davening on yomim noiroim is full of regesh and a real inspiration to all those present.The Antwerp community is very lucky and proud of his extreme fidelity over all these years,when he chose to stay in his hometown while other communities all over the world were all trying to lurk him away.

There is a cantor in Winnepeg, Canada who voice is most unbelievable. His name is Chazan Aaron Bensousan born in Morocco. He at one time was connected with Temple Beth Shalom in Roslyn, NY. If you can get one of his records or discs you will know what I am talking about.

The singer is a nice singer, but he doesn't have a chazan's voice. So it doesn't correlate. Would be have been better to add audio from HelfGut or Baumgarten. Neverthless, I would be interested to know who the Jewish singer is. The voice sounds somewhere between Shvaki and Jerufi.
