They take the physical manifestation of the demon (mostly high level demons) soul that is left behind after it is defeated. Others like the Alastor, Ifrit, Gilgamesh, Lucifer, Pandora, Artemis, Force Edge, Rebellion, Yamato are examples of devil arms that are ready for use. Another example are the weapons from DMC 2 except for the fire arms (besides Nightmare). They never say how they take shape they just do. And like I said I'm already done with you so don't bother with another post.

Well it is an anime but it's really famous as a game. It's about a Devil named Sparda that sided with the humans and stopped the underworld (sorry im not good at explaining). He later on married a human and had two twin sons, Dante and Vergil. Nero, i think is somwat related to them...im not sure. :\ LOL

And like I said 'Sparda blood' may have the ability to reforge the blades so how ever Nero got his bloodline in him (be it Vergil's or how ever) repaired it. So it could've been Dante to repair it if he found it.

Beowulf was a 'Devil Arm' not a power, so that right there was a fail. The voice can still pretain to the Devil inside him and not a seperate entity that 'possessed' him as you said (which you still fail with that since Nero ain't possessed). The only things that are 'big' that help your arguement are Nero saying Jackpot in DT and the quote Jackpot. But like I said Jackpot is still the franchise quote they continuously use. 1. Devil's Arms are not absorbed powers (as proven in 4 since Dante defeats his enemies and gains the devil arm as an object [best example the toads as Dante blasts them to bits]).

2. Beowulf being a devil arm means that the power granted from it is in the weapon not absorbed by the person using it (which is why I said Yamato is giving Vergil the power to summon the swords even [only thing that counters that is it can be used with any DA he uses])

Yes it is absorbed idiot. What the air makes it stick on sparda's sons? They obviously absorb them. When the demons die they don't drop devil arms, I don't know how they come into being since they never explained it, but my guess is they form the enemies into a form of weapon. Also the things Nero absorbs really doesn't go into the story line. It's seems like they are just there to help the player. Because at the beginning he can use his grab without the skull in the arm.
