Yes ! The seiyu of Teito is a girl, her name is Mitsuki Saiga !

She's the seiyu of Yoite into Nabari No Ou ! And Wolfram Von Bielfield into Kyou Kara Maoh !

She's a really great seiyu, i love her !!
