Akira: I train in the Aunkai, under Akuzawa Minoru. And yea the stuff there uses some internals...but wasn't even using winding, a clean path to the ground etc.
that looks real nice but, front kicks "mae geri" are higly under rated. y no es bueno levantar el talón, te resta estabilidad y la "rodilla estática" no está estática, se mueve junto a la otra pierna, para evitar lesiones.
I wish I had a chance to train with you guys out in Tokyo when I was in Japan, but I just couldn't get out of the Kansai region! As an aside question, how long have you been speaking Japanese?
Hmm, you don't move like most fighters. There are more internal works throughout your exercise. What is your background?

@Upyu ah yes, I've heard of him before. He seems to have a systematic and clear method of training internal skills. Good stuff.

You don't see kicking like this much. Your body alignment stays strong right through the kick.

hay que LEVANTAR EL TALÓN para una mayor efectividad y evitar lesiones en los ligamentos de la rodilla estatica...

Not really ;)
You can do just fine even if you kick while the heel is on the ground. In fact, it allows gravity to work more naturally to power your kicks.

Pad training is good. Keep this up and you'll have strong kicks eventually.
