A lot of people just don't "get" it. You seem to be one of them. Yngwie has a hell of a lot of expression in his music, all you probably hear is a flurry of notes, but if you can follow it in your head you start to understand.

well, this is understandable, if you know your fretboard, but that doesn't change the fact that his grin and general presence is kind of annoying. he has the right to do so, but mr. Gilbert f.e. doesn't have that ego problem.

but! for the people complaining about the lesson. 6EEL.. is right. to get that you need to go out of learning everything based on tabs, or at least (if you don't know how to read music) learn those bloody scales pretty well. after all, what he plays is pretty scalar.
