@SDMFbroly im not sure, i just googled it tbh lol, but i remember it is learned by a "yellow coat" enemy?, you find them after taking the right hand side path in northern crater, it said the best way to get it is to control them and cast it on you, it should be the bottom skill, just from memory lol

Seems like he is as powerfull as (or close to) a Weapon Monster, if he had Final Atack+PHOENIX, and if he had Knigths Of The Round (with or without double summon) it would be a snap to kill that brat. Seems like fisical atacks aren't the best strategy as it misses to often. Maybe the summons can hit it.

One problem, there is no jumbo cactuar in FF-7 Sherlock. This is a mod what gives you new enemies as i stated above. Just like you can deal over 9999 damage.

It's a game modification (The Hard Core mod, in fact). The 9999 limit is only a variable that can be changed someway, if you can change the game code. In this mod, some enemies can hit above the normal 9999 caption.

He isn't all that hard to defeat. You'll need w-Summon with KNight of the round, someone with w-magic and mimic (so that means you cast 4 times per mimic). Be sure to fury yourself before battle. You can also use the 7777 trick (use an item to regen hp without outside of battle, stop at 7778, have someone get frogged before battle, whe nbattle begin, get the frog to hit the character for 1 damage and 7777 will occur (this gives 77 hits of 7777 damage). Character gets 1 hp after.

to get the "final attack" materia, you have to buy the "w-summon" materia and omnislash from the gold saucer battle arena. Then you have to have cloud learn omnislash. Once both of these criteria have been met, the lady at the battle arena registration will offer cloud the chance to participate in a special arena. win this harder arena and the final attack materia is yours. pair in with any materia and that command will be performed upon death. Life and pheonix are popular pairings!

you dont get final attack automatically. you have to fight in the specail arena battle. turnibng level 99 gives you nothing special in return you just get betters stats like all other levels. The only bonus you get for turnning level 99 is that safer sephiroth becomes alittle harder an thats it. Nothing more nothing less.
