RP is for the states to handle their own educational system,which means that states like Texas that want to teach creationism in the classroom can.Then the children suffer.They grow up to believe in superstition and lies.Of course they can be controlled easier that way.

@knightone57 As far as your creationism example in Texas, local groups were able to strike down the creationism context in the curriculum. Haven't you noticed that we never learned about economics in school? That's for a reason. To be easily controlled. Try and debunk yourselves. We do not need a 50-state curriculum of a one-size-fits-all mentality. We need creative thinking and if different states want to try different approaches, so be it. That is what true freedom is all about.

@knightone57 I work in the education field, and I can tell you that our children are NOT learning critical thinking skills. Since the DOE has gotten involved, our math, reading and science scores have dropped compared to the skills of students in other countries that have more decentralized approaches to education. I do not believe that someone in washington knows how to teach Deaf kids better than the teachers trained who have dual degrees in secondary education and Deaf education.

Please can you expand on what sense he makes? sure he might have a few good ideas about foreign policy, but that hardly makes up for his other policy's like separation of church and state. who even the founding fathers new must be in the constitution.

He does not wear his religion on his sleeve and does not believe the federal government has the right to ban things that the states approve of, like perhaps medical marijuana or gay marriage issues. He predicted the housing bubble crash and has been right about the wars. The Democrats and Republicans both do endless wars. Vietnam, Iraq..

furthermore, he is clearly not as covered as the other top-tier candidates by the mainstream media. The media is owned by six companies, and those six companies are the establishment status quo robbing the country blind and making us poorer and less free through crony capitalism, erosions of civil liberties, the TSA, and so forth. Paul is the only one outside of the machine. I want a President who I KNOW exactly what he will do. The country is deathly sick. We need a doctor, not more lawyers.
