Top o Nerae! Gunbuster. It is commonly referred to simply as "Gunbuster." It is one of GAINAX's first productions (1988) after The Wings of Honneamise (1987). It's a six-part OVA, and I highly recommend it.

The video gives me the impression that this is a good investment. Between that and just about any recommendation, I would hardly have a reason to doubt you now. Now it's just a matter of time.

If you've seen other "Gunbuster"-related videos on youtube, you can pretty much see that this is a very intense series (with very little comedy at all), so if you want drama with lots of action, then you'll like it. BTW, there's also "Gunbuster 2" that was made a few years ago, which is essentially Gunbuster on steroids...

Gunbuster would definitely be a good investment. It may only be 6 episodes long, but it is one hell of a ride.
