ffs this is exactly how thease axis/triggers drummers do, and when they play live you can't hear the bassdrum worth shit becuase your just tabbing the bass drum head. get a new method for your feat, get more power and you will like it alot more :)

@sicmaggoter So, before you start trying to be all smart and call other people idiots and such, maybe you should watch the rest of the video, where he explains that triggers are used so that you can make a smaller motion with the beater and still get a full sound. He then proceeds to play at full speed with the beater almost coming back to hit the top of his foot, getting a full sound WITHOUT TRIGGERS.

@extremedr76 it's not mine .... it's called ankle motion (which works for me atleast) developed by george kollias i suppose but whatever... my point is that whatever speed you play you should try make it sound decent and as loud as possible - the bass drum is not something you should tickle, right? ;) I think more drummer especially here on youtube should start thinking more about sound rather than speed. You're actually doing pretty good Kenichiro kun :)
