As you drive into the pile start curling the bucket towards you and lifting the arms at the same time so its one fluid motion to fill the bucket. You will find if you time it just right as you drive into the pile the tractor will barley stop or boog down.This will redirect the energy from trying to force the bucket edge into the pile to scooping the dirt into the bucket. That is a really nice set up on that tractor you have.
The tractor also has a HI and LOW range on it. You're gonna blow the valves in the hydrostats if you dont use the low side of the range when push into to something. I know, cause I have one.

I like the fact you can leave the mower deck on it. Don't know why I watch these, too broke to buy one.

Not sure what the minimum hp is on all models of the legacy. Older models came with a 24.5hp but the Legacy XL's come with a 27hp Diahatsu.

No hi or low on the Legacy XL. There is a set relief valve which bypasses pressure.
