It suddenly occured to me,I watch this video every night and yet if someone asked me to repeat anything that Lita says in it I would be at a loss!.Its like her beautiful voice washes over me and I dont actually register the words.Does that happen to anyone else?

I think you're right.

Lita, there is something special going on when you are massaging a customer, into what you are doing and quietly instructing. That is where the magic really is. If you could create audio while doing what you do in the instructional videos you would have gold.
