Just 4 anyone with an adductor strain- DO NOT DO THESE EXERCISES THINKING THEY WILL AID RECOVERY, these are meant for healthy but under used muscles. If you have adductor strain start by applying heat or deep heat cream and doing static stretches and then get a physio to do some sports massage on the affected area. How to recover my groin bones , it's been like hurting when i was skateboard from young and suddenly hit my groin so pain , then after i skate again , something i did not know what bother me , I start skating and feel hurt like pull , I think it broken on my groin bones. It hurt sometimes depend . Do i really need to go hospital or what? But I think I won't ask my family for burden and doesn't want to give them trouble. maybe i will earn money then go hospital to check if it really useful for me
