Used to work on a ship but never saw anything like this! Problem is that ships are getting bigger but they still need to get into ports so there is not as much depth below the water like the ships of old which is called the draught! Ships nowadays are more flat bottomed like a ferry and lots if ferries have capsized over the years so be aware folks be be very aware!!! Enjoy your cruise x
