how did this got out to the media in the first place. Isn't medical record suppose to be confidential? no matter how minor. who ever release it to the media should be sued.I don't know about the Philippines, but I know here in the states medical records are confidential.this people envy her so much of her success, so they pretend to be friends or they care, but deep down they are your #1 enemies and they will do anything to ruin you.

Negative talk!!!! Will this not end? How you anyone feel if they had to go thru all this negative talk all the time? I know people that become famous have to put up with all this stuff but give it a break. People can see in this video that it hurts for her to hear it all the time. What I've read was her appointment was for acne & facial. When she got there, the press was there. Somehow, her godmother, the dermatologist, convinced her to get botox to treat her TMJ(jaw). Charice is terrified of needles. Most probably, Charice trusted her godmother, being a doctor, said ok, not knowing the stigma attached to botox.
