My mother told me about this stuff. She used it for a while, but I just started after I had other problems (runs int he family). Anyways, I take one a day by mouth, and one vaginally per week (sometimes more if symptoms develop) and I haven't had a yeast infection or urinary infection in a while, and the smell I sometimes noticed is gone.

There really aren't any side effects, it just supplements naturally occuring bacteria that help digest harmful bacteria and waste products for your body.
