Since most of the Jedi Knights are minor characters, it is not surprising that their names were never referred in the pre-sequel films. Interesting, with the exception of Yoda, most of the minor Jedi are non-humans. If I want to learn more about these Jedi, I would have to read the comics, books, and other Expanded Universe material.
