It takes practice..but it's throw down..jump(So you don't die) right click then detonate..when you do it really fast..it looks like you throw an RDX thing right after you detonate(But you really don't) I suggest practicing in single player only. And no matter what anyone says...Light armor WITHOUT A CLOAK is the way to go..just use the RDX and APM

i used a special keyboard to do it (the g15 keyboard) but there are probably loads of programs online that you could get, but it's against the ROE to use macros on a ranked server though
