  • I did a search for kids songs, and was surprised to see someone with the same name as me (two R's instead of one). When I was younger, I became a camp counselor for a summer. One day with the kids, I came up with a chant of "It just doesn't matter", sort of along the lines of this song. You have a good sense of humor, and I'm sure my little newborn, Ava, will enjoy your songs in the near future. Thank you.

  • where do you go like do shows and stuff?

  • can only get your MP3's in USA....aaaaahhhhhhh!!!!

    I'm in the UK :(

  • Hi there. That's definitely not the case... All of my albums are available on iTunes UK and other worldwide digital sites, and MP3s are available through CDBaby, Amazon, etc. Please let me know if you're having trouble with that.

  • My kids LOVE your videos! We want more!!!!!!!!!

  • You are really great with kids i would love you as my dad

  • Nice.

  • omg, do you do high schools?! lmao

    but seriously, do you??

  • Heh, no. This material wouldn't go over quite as well in high schools, I think. :o)

  • i think your song is really creative, i am 26 from manila philippines,my 2 son really like you vid. they are 3 and 2 yrs. old...and your name is same as my husband's aunt.weird but " no big deal" more power,,,kississ from kids.

  • ur cartoons really look like u

  • Aww :)

  • man ur really cool but tell me y is ur band invisible and wot do u hope children to tink of when they hear ur music

  • The band is invisible because they were all attacked by a swarm of radioactive no-see-um bugs.

I hope that kids think of the words of the songs when they hear the music... and also, bunnies and rainbows and lollipops (unless they're afraid of lollipops). :o)

  • I hope you don't mind my sense of humor... :o)

To be honest, I really don't know for sure why the invisible band is invisible... I've asked them before, but it's not something they really like to discuss. My wife told me it was because of radioactive no-see-ums but I couldn't tell if she was joking or if that's really what happened.

  • you rule, i'm almost 20 and i have no children, but i really like your songs.

  • you need to seek psychiatric help

  • My little girl loves your music thanks so much

  • My kids love you!

  • Wow man, you're so good with children!

  • I can't tell you how much my son and I enjoy your videos. He sings along with them all day long and anytime I'm on the computer. The Elephant song is his favorite. Thank you so much for sharing your talent with the rising generation!

  • hm...I admire what you're doing. :]

  • I have a few different programs. The two I'm featuring the most right now are "Thinking Outside the Box" (creative thinking and problem solving) and "Say Yes!!!! to Life" (positive character and healthy choices). More info at erichermanmusic dot com slash programs dot html

    Take care,

    Eric

  • I didn't see anything that had to do with Highschools in that video. Maybe Elementary or Jounior High..

  • Hi there. No, my assembly programs are really meant for elementary schools only.

    Best regards,

    Eric

  • Nice song - i was just a bit surprised cause i thought it was the same place all the time ... good work

  • :D I want to be a child again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • very good eric

  • this stuff is so cute!

i'm going to recommend it to my mom.

she works with four year olds so i'm sure they would enjoy it!

  • i want him to come to my school... do you come to high schools?

  • Heh. No, I'm really an elementary school performer, at least for now. I might try to put together an assembly program for high schools at some point.

  • You definitely have the talent for it, but you might want to write some new lyrics for high school kids. ... Not that I didn't watch The Elephant Song three times tonight... But still...

  • Well yeah, no doubt. Totally different audience and mindset. I'm not sure I would even do a music-based assembly for a high school, but maybe more of an interactive speaker kind of thing.

  • Gah, there's pretty much no way to do that right. I was trying to think of examples form high school where everyone loved the speaker but I can't think of any. ... Maybe you should just sing kids music, at least the stoners would be entertained.

  • Yeah, I know... It's a whole different world between elementary school and high school. In any case, I'm just beginning to work up something for high schools that will hopefully come across in a cool enough way to work out well.

  • Thank you all for the nice comments. They are very much appreciated! :o)

    Best regards,

    Eric

  • Hah, you deserve them! You really know how to let kids have fun.

  • Great one

  • what you do is great. i wish i had enough courage to do what you do :)

  • i want to learn the dance!

  • what a splendid job, something those children will remember for a long time. may you and your audience continue to find joy in all you do.

  • This is so cute.I saved the elephant song and vegetable song.I think my little one will love them.

  • this is soo much fun and im like 10 years older than ur target too, but your songs make me laugh...and its good that you love what you do! keep at it :)

  • Haha, this stuff rocks, and I'm pretty sure I'm about ten years older than your target demographic.

And my name is Erik. :P

Keep on makin' the sweet tuneage.

  • :) Well done!

  • Hmm yeah, well maybe we should have included the song setup... where I mention that I have no right teaching anyone how to dance. :o)

  • Haha! you finally put this video up! It always cracks me up to watch you dancing ;-)

  • Thank you so much, Merri. It looks like you and the kids have a lot of fun, too. :o)

    Take care,

    Eric

  • Eric, you obviously love what you do, singing with children, and they very obviously love what you do as well. :-)

I'm looking forward to your next video!
