But not all tagalogs are like that, I am talking about the dumb ones, and I understand why some tagalogs thinks they are better than others, because when it comes to psychology, the capital is theirs place, the national language is theirs, the biggest metro city is theirs.
And the reason too why some Visayans doesn't hesitate of contending or retaliating is because a lot fo Visayans too believe that there language should be the national sinced they are the majority Filipinos in the country, and that their place "Cebu" should be the capital sinced it has the oldest city street in the Philippines and the place to have the first university.

Cebuanos are more than capable of communicating in English with proper pronunciation and grammar. The people from manila however has a lot to improve:
An example is:
"Ito ang official MTV ng kapuso network" MTV is a channel, so what the Manilinias should say is "Ito and official Music Video ng kapuso network"
Also they can't pronounce these words properly:
1) Confirm
2) Article
they would pronounce it as "Confiiiiiirm" and "Artikill"

i have nothing against visayans, i just want to comment on the capital and national language issue.. president osmena a cebuano, is one of the author of this law recognizing tagalog as the national language.. i have been all over the p.i and i respect that cebuano is the widely spoken tongue. though some areas like the cotabato and davao has tagalog and has no issues for speaking both tongue.cagayan de oro, agusan del norte. cebuanon is a dialect for visaya, same as hiligaynon, waray, subanon

If you want to learn about the Philippines you have to go to Manila and ride a jeepney and go to quezon city and also pick up some pinay at megamall for a little boom boom. Then go to Cebu and go visit TOPS, then to a local bar for a little more FUN. Then take the superferry to Cagayan de Oro and learn to say "Yawa ka" when someone pisses you off. And when you get really mad you just say "putang ino mo"!!! Oh yes, how I do love the Philippines!!!

I too??? tama ba o me too???? lam mo dear pwede naman tayo na magkaalaman kung sino sinungaling mag download ka ng paltalk and magdebate tau sa chat with cam...papakita ko sayo mga papers ko pwede din nating record yung debate natin tapos upload natin dito sa You tube para malaman kung sino ang sinungaling sa atin...ok ba??
