I know it was the times but, this song could have been so much better less electronic and more reggea or ska. I hope he redoes it someday. I just love how he sings it. Perhaps a more serene version than popular. I could see Norah Jones totally blowing this song up beyond belief in a good way. All I want is a clean, true reggae version. Jahmali should perfect this. It is a cover of a Christian song with a reggae twist. I don`t dissagree with you. I love it. I just want to hear it done stripped down to reggae`s essentials. No post dated keyboard dance noise. Just strings, drums and the singer. This is the sound of the 80`s done later. Why? Just do reggae. A ska beat is cool but this song sounds much older than it is. Basics are timeless. All I`m saying. It`s the keyboards. It`s like watching a rerun of an 80`s flick. The production could be better.

this is just a remix of the original. the song is the same but the video is different. the original sounds a lot better. released back in 1996 or 97 and he was lot younger. this is just an up to date version.
