  • So is the sensor always on then? Or do you take it out after each run and turn it off? Or does it auto shutoff and start up somehow?

  • how do you remove the foam where the sensor goes?

  • @roezay1 since i have really small fingers i just pulled it out. you can use tweezers or something.

  • can use it with a pc if u don't have an ipod ?

  • @SuperFerrarigto i meant u use it lol

  • You need Nike + shoes to use the sensor

  • do you have to have nike shoes to use the sensor

  • @Brophy2008 No, but it makes it easier. If you search on amazon for "nike plus sensor holder," you'll find a lot of holders you can use with any shoe.

And even better, if you upgrade to the Nike+ GPS app, you don't need the sensor. Your iPod or iPhone accelerometer records your runs. I switched to the GPS app, and I love it.

  • so does the iphone app detect the nike+ sensor wirelessly?

  • @GrayWolfPictures Yes, that's right.

  • I finally understand how it works!

  • Great video

    Thanks for the tutorial :)

  • @Eles15 Your welcome. :) Thanks everyone for watching!

  • What`s the thing around your iPod called? :P

  • @OldschoolWarfare It's either a Belkin or Griffin armband. Can't remember. I got it at Walmart.

  • i'm sorry i meant what color

  • What model pair of shoes are those?

  • does this come with a nike air max 2010

  • @jutram22 I'm not sure. I don't think so. Is that a feature of some of Nike shoes? If so, I don't remember these shoes having it.

  • so the only difference between a nike+ shoe and a regular shoe is the socket?

  • @vtothet12 Yeah, that's an accurate statement comparing Nike+ running shoes to other running shoes. There are Nike+ cases I've seen on Amazon that strap on to regular shoes. But I don't know if that would work as well as the real deal.

  • got the video to work. Are these sensors accurate?

  • @Sk8ordieknarlysk8er Thanks good. Thanks for watching. Yeah, it seems to be accurate and is suppose to be good for most people by default. Even though you can calibrate it just for you to be extra sure. I didn't calibrate mine yet.

  • @joshdog246 Thanks for the reply man. :)

  • something wrong w/ your video man. it stops at 1:54

  • song at 1:39?? please

  • @john112510 It's an Apple Inc. song I used in iMovie called "Wild Card Long."

  • What's the name of the song at 0:36?

  • @sports8900 It's called "Motocross" and is by Apple Inc. It's in iMovie on Macs. I don't think it can be found anywhere else.

  • I just bought also a pair of air citius
