Just because it can shoot out to 250 feet doesn't mean it can do so accurately. I specialize in airsoft sniper rifles and DMRs, so trust me, FPS is not key. I can hit a target at 300 feet with a 300 FPS gun. It's all in barrel and hop-up quality, and BB weight and quality.

with low FPS the bb will not have enough kinetic energy to reach but you are right barrel and hop up are key to hitting at long range FPS helps for range,the KJW M700 is extremely accurite yet powerful i

up to 560FPS with green gas and .20,plus i am a sniper myself i used to be able to hit a 12oz pepsi can at 200ft+ with 4x32 scope and a UTG M324,sadly the bolt will no longer catch and it is broken so i might get the KJW eventually.

That's true, but that also greatly depends on what weight of BB you are using. With the hop-up set properly and using .20g BBs, a stock Tokyo Marui will be able to fire around 230 feet easily. Do you have the KJW? If you just plan on buying it and don't have any experience with it, get ready for a money pit.

the gun uses a clip it holds 10 rounds 1 on top of the other, if it used a mag the rounds would double over so it could hold 20+ rounds much like a real m4

Ok, I own one of these. Cheap, the body is crap, its not full sclae. However, it is great if you want to make cheap movies or w/e. The caps make for a pretty fun bang. Don't use it as an actual skirmishing gun. For 27 bucks it is worth it for shits and giggles.
