If you want to know what she means by giving power back to the community's take a look at regionalisation. The contry is to be split into 8 or so regions, block 1, 2, 3 etc. bye bye yorkshire, devon, cumbria, bye bye all the county's of England, these regions will then be dictated to by the EU super state. That's what she means giving power back, the block is the local level which will be managed in the same way as the EU. UNELECTED LOCAL DICTATORS! Don't take my word for it go check it out.
