The plant seems to jump from the time lapse and the different times when the picture/video was taken. When the plant dries out, between watering, its leaves droop down. When the plant is watered the leaves become rigid again from the  intake of the water.

@djobo1234 i beg to differ. Its 9pm now and my plant hasnt turned down. it was drooping severly this afternoon, "in broad day light" cause it had not been watered the day before. They required alot of water, especially potted plants. As a matter of fact all my plants were drooping, the jalapeno, eggplants, tomatoes, everything. these Indoor plants are kept under near constant to constant lighting for accelerated growth so day and nite cycle doesnt come in to play. Note video time 2:02-2:10.
