the Southwark Council are planning to build 3 needle-looking skyscrapers between 30 and 60 floors high! the developers are the same who are building The Shard!

Im sure the building is going to look amazing. But the ground around the building I cant understand? the pedestrain bridge you were on look outdated and cluttered.. are they going remove anything or streamline anything around its base? a tree might help too! haha!
