I love this band, but mostly I really admire Tom Keifer for his true talent. It is not easy being lead vocalist AND guitarist. IMHO, Tom's voice is so unique I don't think anyone could do this song and pull it off as well as these guys can.

@mjsmith1965 I 100% agree, I've been in the music biz for quite a few years and when it comes to bands playing covers, no-one ever wants to touch a Cinderella song for fear their singer will blow their chords trying to do it.....Amazing bunch of musicians, performers, and great all around guys......Hope their popularity continues so we never lose this prime example of true musicianship.

@Rebby1963 It's great hearing all of the high praise and love for Cinderella still. i grew up about 5-10 mins from where these guys grew up so they were a local band for me, and sometimes when they're in your own backyard you don't have the same appreciation and perspective as the outside world. These guys are unique with that blues vibe mixed in with the 80's rock.

So many people write off 'hair bands' as all looks and no talent. This band had the looks, but also had great talent. Tom Keifer was playing Les Pauls in an age of Jacksons and Kramers; long before Slash arrived.

I agree, though. These guys were often unfairly written off as just another hair band when they were so much more. They were one of the first bands I can remember to fuse rock with bluegrass.
