  • @ElDuderino909 perhaps you using too much weight.if you mean your wrists stop this exercise(wrist pain is very bad and indicates injuries).Now, if you mean your biceps and by 'cramp' you mean pain when this muscle is used, it is natural it will ware off in few days and will ''cramping'' will stop after a few weeks of working out.Hope i helped

  • @kaipolitrelaa its my fore arms that are cramping up really bad. I even lowerd the weight and it still down it.

    But Im just guna try something differnt.

  • @ElDuderino909 it depends on what you mean cramping, after workout the muscles (especially when you train them that mush for the first time) will hurt for several day up until they are trained for some time.If the cramping occurs while exercising it is ok if it hurts after the exercise when you are not using the particular muscle you should probably stop this exercise.Anyway you can do normal Barbell Curls but try using an "EZ Curl" bar

  • @RyanOrteez well naturally the bicep is going to be stonger then the forearm muscles, so the forearms will tire before the biceps. i would start with a more bicep intensive work out and then do this towards the end with lower weights, but still push yourself with the amount of weight.

  • I love this exercise. It is better, in my opinion, to do it with an EZ-curl bar, which give a more natural angle to your wrists and prevents injury that way. This exercise works the biceps focusing on the outer part of them, plus engages your forearms. I do them more slowly than the video demo.
