i saw the pumpkins at reading festival in late august 1995 and he still had short black hair like on the 'bullet...' video. i think the first time he came onstage with a shaved head was when they played a few warm up gigs around chicago that lead to the big mellon collie release party/concert at the riviera theatre with cheap trick supporting in late october
