Matzoid, I was at that townhall. The part where the audio file defends torture at 2:15 in the video is not Kinzinger talking. I remember that was a middle-aged man speaking who was next to the door. But deniers will not state a position on waterboarding. Is it torture or not? You can't deny he said that certain "enhanced interogation techiques" are not torture. Waterboarding was one of those techniques.
