i play yorick and hes pretty usefull. many people dont know how to play him. he is espacially good in late game with his ulti. in big fights i always throw it down on a carry of our team. its like you have 6v5 cause its dealing the same amount of damage as the real one. in the beginning the harras is very good with his ghouls. if you know how to play him, hes very good for the team. you can write at the end: noobs dont buy yorick, buy instead of him an easy champ like xin, trynda or jax.

That is strange at the end. I play Jarvan a lot, and in that situation, you would drop the banner right onto Yorick's head to deal some damage. If he's stupid enough to stick around, you hit him for some damage with Jarvan's passive.

It's possible they did so to make a champ look amazing so they get more sales. At the very least Phreak tends to have a few more kills than you would assume he should, thus making the champ seem much stronger.
However, I doubt Nocturne was faked, he was pretty awesome ;p

The only troll here is you Mautsch. First off, your video lost all credibility by utilizing the Trololol meme music. I highly doubt Riot will ask you to remove this video, because they'll watch it, laugh, and completely ignore you for the rest of eternity while your youtube video falls into obscurity. Secondly, you can see that blitzcrank pull on fiddle in bottom lane, you can clearly see omen of famine & pestilence do about 35% of the burst to the target. He does more damage then you think.

Yorick is indeed the culprit here. Don't lay the blame on Phreak for doing the best of a terrible situation. It's his job to make attractive spotlights, which in this case must have been a nightmare for him.
yorick is trash indeed but , some of these sentences were too much. some were right but. some were just absurde. It's clear the oponents were really bad but the thing wasn't staged. they just picked bad enemies.

well i can't argue with you because the way people plays champions on high levels and low levels is abysmally different. for example, in low levels when chasing someone, blitz tend to run towards someone is in range of grab and grab him since, people dont know how to dodge. while on high level blitz will run towards a champion and seeing the enemy is trying to dodge hand by running on zig zag, blitz runs towards him until he can land power fist since, grab could have failed if used too soon.
so blitz once landing the power fist and being close uses grab to cc a lil bit more and do more dmg. that is what a pro blitz would do. In the video, if blitz had used hand grab instead of flashing and power fisting, he might have failed and thus the gank would of been ruined. not taking into account that handgrab would take yorick further from the allied yorick. plus the lack of use of handgrab doesnt mean he did not want to use it, maybe he had already used it recently, handgrab has a highCD
you know a champ is fail when he has to be 2 times as farmed to deal the same amount of damage as other melee dps champs not accounting for dying halfway =~=

I wanna add to my last comment that the only thing that is "really" good is his ult giving the team a second range AD carry. Yoricks shall really never think about ulting himself except in a failteam. But I'd probably rather have a Zilean or Kayle Ult in my team as they bring more utility for it.

To be honest with you guys Yorick is super viable and possibly a good champion but sadly the fact that everyone is, better CC, definitely higher damage and has more or less better everything means hes outclassed. Its not that hes bad its just that everyones better (evelynn is worse)

He was a worse siphoning strike. His slow isnt as good. AE cant be an taken into consideration because of its poor range. His heal is some wannabe ww/xin/udyr/nasus thingie but with the difference the formaly known dont need to burn all their mana.
@Mautsch1000 That is actually entirely not true. Yorick's ulti is so powerful he can out DPS master yi (by about 33%) so long as he's ultied himself and his target is less reactive than a punching bag.
That said, if you ulti your master yi instead you'll do more DPS.
Yorick is actually a pretty good laner but in team fights he just ends up being terrible because his ghouls die, he's easily focused down, and he can neither chase/catch an enemy carry nor protect his own.
@DytjeSaurr At 500 Elo, Yorick is just as good as anyone else. However, no one has taken Yorick seriously because he is too item dependent, and even then I would rather see those items on a champion that isn't a Meepo wannabe.

Yorick's innate passive is TROLOLOLO, which spawns a SHINING BEACON above his head to indicate that he is a feeder, or some poor asshole who doesn't know how bad Yorick is. Upon death, Yorick grants the enemy team an instant level up to 18 and 10k gold, saving time for Yorick, as he was going to provide that over the course of the match anyway.

I wanna add to my last comment that the only thing that is "really" good is his ult giving the team a second range AD carry. Yoricks shall really never think about ulting himself except in a failteam. But I'd probably rather have a Zilean or Kayle Ult in my team as they bring more utility for it.

To be honest with you guys Yorick is super viable and possibly a good champion but sadly the fact that everyone is, better CC, definitely higher damage and has more or less better everything means hes outclassed. Its not that hes bad its just that everyones better (evelynn is worse)

@DytjeSaurr Put all items you think that make yorick a real damagedealer on any other melee char and they will outdamage him. He is some kind of wannabe longer range nasus. He was a worse siphoning strike. His slow isnt as good. AE cant be an taken into consideration because of its poor range. His heal is some wannabe ww/xin/udyr/nasus thingie but with the difference the formaly known dont need to burn all their mana.

@Mautsch1000 That is actually entirely not true. Yorick's ulti is so powerful he can out DPS master yi (by about 33%) so long as he's ultied himself and his target is less reactive than a punching bag.
That said, if you ulti your master yi instead you'll do more DPS.
Yorick is actually a pretty good laner but in team fights he just ends up being terrible because his ghouls die, he's easily focused down, and he can neither chase/catch an enemy carry nor protect his own.

@DytjeSaurr At 500 Elo, Yorick is just as good as anyone else. However, no one has taken Yorick seriously because he is too item dependent, and even then I would rather see those items on a champion that isn't a Meepo wannabe.

Yoricks Main problems are:
-High Mana Costs
-Ghouls instant die
-Low Base Damage
-Ghouls dont move first sec and can be blocked by minions
-NO DEFENSE
:D Just want to see vids of yorick testing on TR...
