From what I have heard: This Lamborghini was donated to them by the Lamborghini company and it is used primarily for emergency response. From an interview I heard, this particular vehicle can reach speeds of up to 310kmh (about 193mph). The people that drive this police car do not have the driving skills of ordinary police but are near, if not professional drivers and they know how to compensate for driving fast through traffic.
