  • My dear, as an ex tennis professional I have to disagree.

    Yes, you side-step to the middle of the court after a shot, but you use quick running steps to reach out for a wide ball.

    The best exercise you can let someone do is using all of the baseline:

    from the center let them sprint to a corner and pretend to hit a shot (forehand), then side-step back to the center, then sprint to the other corner and pretend to hit a shot (backhand) then side-step to he center and repeat from start.

  • mate i got to disagree on that,how often do you side skip out to a wideball u dont cause its a slow movement,you should have running steps out to the ball cause thats the most efficient movement.

  • @toodyay100 me to dude, my tennis coach for my high school tennis team has us side step around the tennis courts 3 times. And even the best player on the team doesn't side step to the ball. And I think to myself what the Fuck?
