i think it's because she is older. the prince also looks more mature compared to SOT. there he looked in his 20's and in t2t i'd give him 30 or so. the same goes for farah

The music is a mix of Indian-based (as in the country) percussion, using a Japanese scale for the guitars. This scale is based of a diminished scale of semi-tones and half-steps. The strings follow this as well. Obviously the sitar helps. :) However, without the Indian percussion, they won't sound so Persian, if you get my meaning.

I guess there's no real genre for the PoP music.

However, it does sound Middle Eastern.

With usual appearances from drums, sitar and a female choir.
