  • It's not about changing the world. It's about doing our best to leave the world the way it is. It's about respecting the will of others and believing in your own... Isn't that... what... you fought for? At last, I understand the meaning of what you did... At last, I understand the truth behind your courage.

    Big Boss - MGS4

It all began with a bunch of old fools. Now... they've all passed away. Their era of folly is over. I'm the only one left, and soon I'll be gone, too...

  • I arranged this for string orchestra and we played it. People liked it. PM me if interested?

  • @CalculusWhiz i'm interested

  • Call me father, or should I say...brother?

  • I always want to listen to this over and over. Weird, huh?

  • @CalculusWhiz Not in the slightest

  • as everything begins..... so must they end. Life is a full circle, a cycle of disproportion that adds and subtracts, as it tries to multiply and divide. Life is added with each new birth; but crime, poverty, disease, and WAR, subtract a person.. hence the subtraction

When we unify, add our forces together, and co mingle, we multiply. THat is called a force multiplier. But when we seperate, discriminate, and not tolerate, that is proof that we DIVIDE..... Take into consideration of my words...

  • @PJfreefallin You, sir, sound alot like Winston Churchill

  • @PJfreefallin You, sir, sound alot like Winston Churchill

  • @UltimateAwesomene100 I thank you kindly.... I am only 18 years old, yet I have studied the philosophies of Churchill, The talmud, Ghandi, and even a great evil man.... Joseph Stalin

  • @PJfreefallin It's easy to make a blanket statement about crime, disease, and war being "bad", but there are plenty of "good" things that also come about as a result. Consider the relationship between predator and prey, deer provide a food source for wolves, but the wolves cull the herd of the weak and Infirm, making the herd stronger. While this relationship is much more subtle in human affairs because we've distanced ourselves from the natural workings of our environment, it is still present.

  • @AtreideSardaukar

Well said, I agree that War is a double edged sword that can cause both problem and solution...

But it was these similar views that caused similar problems in Pre-Nazi Berlin (Hitler's Mein Kempf), Post-Indutrial America (Social Darwinism) and even in The Great Upheaval that sent all french canadians running towards the South. I mean I do not say this to offend.. these are instances where "natural selection" was used as a predicate to "social" causes...

  • @PJfreefallin politicians, social "scientists", and philosophers can say what they want and people will believe it.

  • @AtreideSardaukar

People can be idiots... It's the person who is smart. If 100 people just like my first comment and don't question it.. or provide proof of the Contrary then they are blindly accepting or liking what I say... even though it can be potentially offensive. However if someone takes whay I say and calls it a "blanket statement" and almost pseudo-analyze what I say... that's what makes the PERSON smart. This is almost an empowering thing when one person challenge it.
