@Kankurofa: He's still corporeal (i.e. a solid being ala a rotting corpse, instead of an astral spirit like ghosts traditionally are) since he's breathes...sort of. The fact that he's solid, breathes, and comes out of a grave (opening sequence of the cartoon's later seasons and his entrance in the life-action film) leads one to assume that he's not a spectral entity, but a full-bodied form.

@justin11421: Well, we've established that because of his obsession with Lydia, the B-man has a shrine to her inside his mind, has been known to watch her sleep (and given his perverted nature, has probably seen her change clothes--or lack thereof--too), has been jealous whenever another suitor comes a-courtin' (Bully The Crud & Prince Vince), and has most likely been waiting until the day she finally gives into her own necrophiliac tendencies...if you know what I mean.

My point is that in the movie, Lydia detested him yet went along with the marriage (up to the point that the undead priest said, "I now pronounce you man and...") and despite that, she's practically in love with him in this cartoon adaptation. I am sure the initially-planned-but-not-rele­ased sequel would've addressed this little hinderance to the BJ & Lyds relationship that was essentially canon in both versions of the franchise.
