@ggsh9 lol, i think that tortoise is perfectly fine as along as the diet is good and he is getting the proper lighting. how do you expect to have a captive kept tortoise and not pick him up and touch him to do all the things that need to be done. that torotise is completley content. do you even have a tortoise or any kind of pet? prolly not.
