Snazzy!  Notch should add high res textures, parallax and specularity as an alternative to the classic look with low res textures and simple lighting.

Excellent, Its a little cartoony and cobble doesn't tile right, but the 3d effect is perfect and is shows how powerful parallax mapping can be.

The texturepack and bump mapping is awesome. I just don't really like the Netherrack. It's moving and looks like flesh. I'm building roofs with Netherrack so it's a bit weird.

Every time I use any shader with Daxnitro's thing,

I can play them, but after 1 - 2 minutes I get a black screen.

It may just be something wrong with my computer, but the FPS is usually around 50 when I use this, so it'd be worth getting this to work. Help anyone?

@crumpetscreations You can resolve it with the both solutions: 1st possibility to stop getting blackscreens: Reduce your render-distance by one step (press F one time), 2nd possibility: If you're running a 64-bit operating system, install the 64-bit version of the Java Runtime Environment, this fixed it for me. Hope you get it fixed.

@azunia4 Hey, good question. The "root"-folder is normally the first folder or the main folder. For example the GLSL shaders. You have subfolders in it, "shader" is one of them. The "root"-folder is in this case the GLSL Main folder.......

If you look into your harddrive at C: and open it, you are in the root-folder of C:
