  • Honestly I started eating t-bone stake and all the good proteins, I just turned 17 btw. Before I weighed about 115-120. And now I started eating about 2 months ago and I weighed in at around 160 so I started to use my bow-flex doing chest presses untill your body tells you to stop and then I do around 20 more cuz after your body tells you to stop that's when you start gaining the muscle. I had man boobs that my buddies laughed at now I got pecks that push out 2" and my arms a 18x bigger

  • @TheDemonking23 Bowflex fucking sucks go to a gym and use free weights and real machines. Also, gaining 40 pounds in 2 months is bullshit. A good, solid weight gain is 2-6 pounds over about 6 weeks.

  • @ScopedPewPew His gain might be exaggerated but stop downing the kid's routine. Heavy iron is the most efficient way to gain size and lean mass but if dude can get in shape using a bowflex then so be it. Thing is if he's not competing or otherwise getting paid for his athleticism there is no reason for him to be a gym rat.

  • @nichirenx Alright maybe I was a little harsh but bowflex is the biggest piece of shit I've ever used, I tried one for about 3 months and then sent it back... Now I lift weights (Almost) every day at a real gym and I am seeing REAL results

  • @ScopedPewPew Actually a bowflex can get a person lean and ripped if their diet is on point.  Just like iron. But iron is better because of it's design. Come on man do not tell me you actually believe what commercials say? Bowflex is a machine for people who do not want to use the free weights. And it does not require them to have excellent form to stop from sustaining injury either. It has its place.

  • For me, doing push ups as a fat kid didn't make my man boobs go away. made them bigger. I was making my pecs bigger pushing my manboobs out further. lol

    But once i lost fat... They looked nice. Im 18 now and my chest looks good now.

  • @TheFerezCHannel u can use anything really as long as it's elevating they use the ball because it's easy to move back and forth between hands

    Great chest workout! I thought the Crocodiles wouldn't be a problem, but I was wrong! And before any of you pansies get smart, I am 47 and benched 405 lbs for my 46th birthday. When you can bench that much at my age, then you've earned the right to talk smack. Until then, save yourself the trouble and be quiet.

    Love your workouts! Any time I can supplement my gym stuff with bodyweight exercises is time well-spent.

  • @Dimensionz987 Don’t drink alcohol for starters :) And then just go for a run, combine that with some of my NO equipment full body workouts and HIIT cardio workouts and you will be just fine!

  • surely doing normal workout's but focusing on your peck's and chest would burn fat and gain muscle right?

  • @dekkainami All workouts I post I tried out first. Sure I don't do all of them because I try and post stuff for everyone, from beginners to advanced people. So no, I don't do beginner workouts anymore but I do test them to make sure they will work and are right for beginners. It is useless just posting stuff I do because then only so many people could do it and what is the point of that? I am here to try and help everyone no matter what level.

    I'm just starting to work out, and no very little about it. I am a woman, and was wondering if this exercise would give me a "lift" without having to pay for one. Lol. When I was younger, I think that I used the butterfly(?) machine and went from a double D to a nice firm D. I don't mean to be graphic, but I'm trying to figure out how to get the girls back in to shape without going to a gym, or surgery. Thanks : )

  • @divex07 There isn't. That is why I said you need to BUILD your chest with the chest wokrout and drop fat with the cardio workout.

  • Need to ask you Pete,I have done loads of push ups but still really struggling with them ,Sometimes is like the muscles in arms shoulders,triceps stop suddenly working and i cant get up(couple seconds later iam fit again and ill do another set ) the worse thing is that i dont feel like the chest muscle is engaged to the exercise,i have tried lots of techniques of push up but i cant get it right , the other problem is that iam still stuck on the same amount of push ups for series coz of this.

  • @melisikpeterIt could be that your form is wrong, you workout is not intense enough or you not eating right. Try things like Fly's which might hit your Chest more specific and maybe kick start your progress.
