Barney's voice has really settled at this stage, thank god! He's got a good voice when he gets it right.

I think that Barney's vocal peeked in 1993. When I hear live performances of that year, his vocal almost exactly marched the studio versions. When NO reunited in 1998, his vocal was still very good, but I think that he has regressed since 2001, especially when he gets too exited and starts to whoop.
