The second pianist is Rube Bloom (1902-1976) who was very real, not an Aeolian psuedonym! beautiful restoration, the Duo-Art is playing very well - but why was the incorrect fallboard decal used?

Thanks for correction on Rube Bloom: I had bad source that included his name among the many Milne pseudonyms (like Leith and Addison.) Two reasons for the older style fallboard decal: one, to better cover the ghosts of a larger decal used in an iffy 1970 rebuild, and also the original tiny block-lettered "Steinway-Duo-Art Pianola" decal that would have been on this when new is my least favorite Steinway label.
