i watched the top 5 bands shows from this particular states competition and i do believe that the top 3 bands were also the biggest bands,maybe that has something to do with the GE scores and Music Ensemble.

show doesnt flow well,i didnt like the woodwind solo at 1:53,there were a few sticking out,,not in tune,good marching though,i just watched wandos finals and they had much better music,i dont know the scores or who won,but after watching i would think either wando or summerville took home gold??just a geuss..and dont judge me,im not affiliated with any s.c. bands,im actually becoming a music major in college.lasy year i marched with the carolina crown:)

lol i didnt say anything! im totally out of this..because i thought both you and wando were great..i went and checked it out myself, and there isnt even that big of a difference (check out my comments).

you'll find it amusing that I (byrnes girl) just talked to a bsh girl about how BEASTLY that trombone thing was. i cannot get over it.how can the judges, or anyone, not love that :p

You guys really need to stop. Rock Hill won music because they sounded better than Wando that particular run. Wando clearly had a weak run in finals. They had people sticking out all over the place.

ok i just checked it out and the highest music difference between them was 10 points i think. and that was in prelims..

i dont know about all that..i mean she mightve given them 12 points ahead but theres no sure way to say that she did it because she went there. im sure there have been lots of judges who used to go to schools that they judged..

She gave rock hill 12 points ahead of Wando so they had a better chance of winning. Because she used to go to rock hill as a student.

Yeah I'm a Summerville band member and we were on the other side of the campus behind like 6 buildings, so yeah that is good. I don't think Rock hill earned their music score. Some of their music sounds like mess, except that trumpet feature thing. One of the judges cheated with her scores to let you know.

I agree with you, there. Rock Hill had no tone. Sure, they were pretty loud, but their overall sound was lacking and a lot was messy.

get over it. i am in the rock hill band. if we beat wando in their own category, i am pretty sure that we did not sound a mess. we saw yall crying because you thought that because you beat us at Blythewood, you would beat us again. But guess what? you didn't even medal. so quit bagging us and get over it.

Yes there is about a 1-2 second delay. I am working on getting that fixed. I don't know why or how it happened. But I will fix it soon.
