@Angemon4 its when you pull up at a light and someone else (usually a jock or chav depending where you are from) pulls up at the same light next to you. A series of winks and looks are exchanged between yourself and the other driver to insinuate for a race away from the lights. Jocks and Chavs like to do this as winning makes their manhoods grow however it is risky for if they get beaten then their shag for the night should she be in his car at the time will just get out, having lost interest.
