ah sorry No it's NOT by Rammstein. It's Nobuo Uematsu and Bill Muir.
I also think Rammstein never really thought of making English heavy metal. ^^
Honestly I also thought it was Rammstein but somebody told me that it's Nobuo and Bil Muir

This isn't the Black Mages, I know because an American who was living in Japan did the vocals. (This was stated on G4's ORIGINAL Icons.)

No, it isn't true, because Nobuu Uematsu have composed the soundtrack of Final Fantasy X, but this song and the final "Isn't Beautiful? (Suteki Na De?)" are composed by other artist...
