I have my mobile in my pocket all the time and the security button has never accidently gone off, it looks more prominent and likely too then it is, you have to push quite firmly :)
So it's a British thing, calling a wrench a 'spanner'? Saw that in a book once with very little context to go on... had hell figuring it out, lol. That exterior emergency button seems a good idea, assuming it isn't set off easily by accident. I'm with you on simple. I like simple.
Thanks for commenting. It's always nice to know that the product is the same or if they are different what the differences are. It's a great phone and I don't use the camera too much but it's a nice touch to have - for me anyway. Happy New Year.
