Lots of talent on the speed bags, BUT YOU HAVE THE WRONG CONCEPT!

Music in the background mixed with speed bag'n doesn't sound, or look right.

There was this thing in the 70's called "Hambone, Hambone Have You Heard" that consisted of using the front and back of your hands to create your own music by slapping your thighs. This is the concept you should use with the speed bags, because the sound of the bags can create it's own music. You just need your imagination and a little rhythm.

Hey skunk, first i wanna say awesome job man. That was a good display of almost every combination that you can do on the bag. I have learned every thing i know how to do from you. Your instructions are great. The other night i took my vaporizor and filled up a bag of kush. Then i stuck a face mask on the end of the hose and i wore it while hittin the speed bag for like 5 min. I was pretty ripped after that one. You gotta try it sometime. Anyway,keep up the good work. peace, Chris O.
